Yoni Mapping Pre-Work

Hello and welcome.

In preparation for our time together, here is your pre-work to support you in coming back home to yourself and support your healing journey.

Included in this pre-work you’ll find journaling prompts for you to start setting intention, womb meditation, recommended reading, daily breast massage practice and my favourite heart activation process. As well as a playlist I’ve created especially for breast massage, to drop you into your heart.

What I’ve witnessed in myself and others, is that the healing starts as soon as you book the session and continues well after. The more willing you are to work with the process, take care and be present with it, the more potent your journey will be. Enjoy!

Taoist Breast Massage Practice

What you need-

Good quality organic oil, my favourites are coconut and sweet almond as they can also be used for self pleasure. NO ESSENTIAL OILS, as these can be harsh and irritating on the skin. You want something as pure and natural as possible.

Journey into self love 

 

This is one of my absolute favourite practices! Make sure you set yourself up somewhere comfortable where you can lay down, not be disturbed and have a mirror close by. Do this process at least 2 x between now and when we meet in person.
