ORGASMIC Immersion Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the ORGASMIC Retreat. By joining this retreat, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Work

This retreat involves deep somatic, emotional, and energetic practices, some of which may be cathartic in nature. You will be invited (never required) to explore themes related to sensuality, sexuality, intimacy, body-based healing, and emotional release. This work is designed to support nervous system regulation, pleasure activation, and embodiment. However, it may bring up intense emotions, memories, or trauma responses.

2. Mental Health & Personal Responsibility

This retreat is not suitable for individuals who are currently experiencing:

•  Acute trauma
•  Active PTSD
•  Severe depression or anxiety
•  Psychiatric conditions requiring professional care
•  Mental health crises or suicidal ideation

By registering, you confirm that you are in a stable mental, emotional, and physical state to engage in this kind of work.

If you are unsure, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed therapist or mental health professional before enrolling.

3. Scope of Practice

Rachael White is a certified somatic sexologist, embodiment practitioner, and pleasure coach. She is not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. The teachings and practices offered are based on personal experience, professional training in somatic and tantric modalities, and holistic embodiment principles.

Should you require psychological, medical, or crisis support at any point during or after the retreat, it is your responsibility to seek help from a qualified professional.

4. Participation & Consent

All practices are invitational. You will never be forced to participate in any activity that does not feel safe or aligned for you. You are encouraged to honour your body and your boundaries at all times.

Some practices may include guided self-touch or non-sexual nudity in a safe, consensual space. Participation is always your choice.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

•  No refunds will be given for any reason once payment is made, including for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
•  In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another approved participant upon written request and approval.
  
  

Payment Plan Terms

By choosing the payment plan option, you agree to the following terms:

• All scheduled payments must be made on time and in full.

• If payments are missed or fall significantly behind, your place in the retreat may be forfeited.

• Any payments already made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available and to communicate any issues in advance.

6. Retreat Changes & Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the retreat is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, natural disaster, venue issues), all participants will be offered the option to transfer to a rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued.

7. Confidentiality & Respect

This retreat is a confidential space. You agree to hold the experiences of other participants in privacy and respect, and to contribute to a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive environment for all.
