By joining the YONA School of Pleasure Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and reach out if you have any questions before subscribing.

1. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are final. Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

• This applies to both monthly subscriptions and any upfront or discounted payments made as part of promotional offers.

2. Emotional Responsibility & Support

• This membership offers powerful somatic, tantric, and embodiment-based content that may bring up emotional, physical, or psychological responses.

• You are encouraged to move at your own pace, honour your boundaries, and take full responsibility for your process.

• If you require deeper or individualised support, you are welcome to book a 1:1 session with Rachael or seek out professional mental health or trauma-informed support.

• This membership is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical care.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

• Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription and will continue until you choose to cancel.

• It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.

• To cancel, please log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions provided. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs after a payment has been processed.

4. Access & Content

• Your access to membership content (videos, practices, recordings, and resources) is granted as long as your subscription remains active.

• Sharing login details or redistributing content outside of the membership violates the integrity of this sacred space and is not permitted.

5. Respect & Community Conduct

• This is a space rooted in love, empowerment, and personal sovereignty. Any behaviour that is disrespectful, abusive, or harmful toward others or the space will result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.

• You are encouraged to bring your full self while also honouring the vulnerability and process of others.

6. Disclaimer

• The practices and teachings offered are for educational and self-exploratory purposes only.

• By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.

7. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or within the membership portal.
